A "little" and a big band on the same night! The JazzTen - With a shared passion for playing jazz at its best, JazzTen brings together ten of London’s finest jazz musicians to explore and perform a wide range of both jazz standards and original music arranged specifically for ten-piece jazz orchestra in a format that allows for both the excitement of music arranged for a large jazz ensemble with the freedom and space for the creative improvisation that characterizes the jazz idiom.
Baddest Big Band - Assembled from the best of the close-knit Southwestern Ontario jazz scene, the band performs repertoire from traditional jazz festival sounds to the modern “standards” of the Beatles’ McCartney-Lennon songbook, to the rarely performed complete Ellington-Strayhorn “Nutcracker Suite” and everything in between. With a core of players who have been gigging and playing together for over 30 years, the Baddest Big Band does it all - a new band with an old soul.

The London Jazz Festival returns for its second year! The 2025 edition features 35 jazz groups, with 28 events at 9 different venues throughout the month of April. The month-long celebration during Jazz Appreciation Month promises an authentic experience for jazz lovers and curious listeners alike. From intimate clubs to larger stages, the festival provides a variety of settings for audiences to enjoy the music.
