In addition to large festivals and outdoor markets on the street, the City offers a wide variety of weekly reoccurring activities on Dundas Place, all free to attend. Popular events include Street Salsa Fridays, Sunday Jazz, and Games in Market Lane.

Dundas Place is a flexible street shared by pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. During large events, Dundas Place can be closed to drivers and the street used for activities and programming.
